A New Chapter for Nepal: Voices of Our Generation

The past week was a difficult time in Nepal. There was the heartbreaking news of promising young men and women losing their lives in a Gen Z revolution demanding accountability from the government. However, their sacrifice also ushered in a new era, an era of hope and change and dreams of a better country.

As we carry on with our daily work, our minds and emotions stay tied to the events unfolding outside. Here is our Gen Z team capturing what this moment meant to them. Not as employees, but simply as young Nepalis who refuse to lose faith in the future of our country.

Here are our voices.

This change feels like the first page of a new chapter for Nepal. It showed me the strength of our generation and the power of unity. I believe we are building a future where hope isn’t just a word, but a way of life.

Speaking out against corruption, the Gen Z protesters gathered to bring about one of the greatest revolutions. It reminded me that our generation has the strength to shape Nepal with our own hands and create the kind of future we have always dreamed of.

It was truly traumatizing to see people being killed, and suddenly the tension shifted from worrying about careers to worrying about life itself. I was never really into politics but found myself glued to the news every day, unsure whom to trust. Yet even in the chaos I felt a spark of hope and a belief that change and revolution are possible and that our generation can make a difference.

For me, this revolution was a reminder that change is real when we truly believe in it. It gave me a quiet kind of hope that our generation won’t just dream, but step forward and act, and slowly build a Nepal where opportunities grow right here at home.

The last few days reminded me that work is not only about deadlines and tasks. It’s about how we hold each other when things feel heavy. I’ve seen how our team shows up with patience, kindness, and quiet strength, and it makes me grateful to be part of this group. Moments like these prove that what we share goes beyond work. It’s trust, it’s care, it’s something you can lean on

A Hopeful Future Ahead

These words may come from different people, but together they carry the same heartbeat. They speak of pain and loss, but also of strength and belief. They remind us that while revolutions happen in the streets, the real change begins in how we choose to live, work, and carry ourselves forward.

Our generation is often told that we are too young, too impatient, or too eager to leave. But the truth is, we are still here. Learning, building, and believing. We are not powerless. We are not voiceless. We are the new chapter that Nepal has opened for itself.

This is our revolution. This is our voice. And this is Nepal’s beginning again.
